Toronto, ON - July 21, 2026 - Accord Plastics is a leading full-service plastic extrusion manufacturer with in-house design, tooling, and production. They run both profile extrusion and tubing extrusion with cut-to-length and finishing – for plastics including PVC, flexible PVC, ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Acrylic, and Santoprene.
This plant expansion provides increased logistics and manufacturing line capacity for their continued growth. The project involved the construction of a 13,000 sq. ft. second storey steel and concrete building addition as well as a revitalized building façade for both existing and new structures.
During Pre-Construction, we brought innovative solutions backed by technical expertise, and a highly disciplined approach to Construction Management. The primary challenge was constructing this second storey addition on top of their existing manufacturing facility, all the while it remained in full operation, with two production shifts throughout construction.
