Compass Construction was contracted to build a new administrative and service building to replace the existing structure which was a 30+ year old facility. The new building includes new administrative offices, a chapel, meeting rooms, flexible function space. staff locker rooms washrooms and lunchroom. The lower part of the building includes a garage and workshop for the service and maintenance of the equipment fleet.

Along with the new building construction, the scope of work included significant service upgrades.  A new water service line was installed complete with connection to the municipal water service over 300 meters from the building to accommodate the new sprinkler system. The electrical service upgrade included a new remote transformer to accommodate the increased power requirements.

The project was completed on time and all project stakeholders are pleased with the outcome.
